How long does shipping take for custom orders?
Customized 'MyBonts' typically take 8 to 12 weeks for production and delivery, as each pair is handcrafted to your specific color and sizing requirements.
What is your return policy for skating equipment?
We offer a 30-day return policy for stock items in new, unused condition with original packaging. Please note that custom boots (MyBonts) and items showing signs of mounting or wear cannot be returned.
