At Bont Skates, we want to ensure you have the perfect fit for your performance needs. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your unused gear within 30 days of delivery.
Check Eligibility
Ensure your items are in brand new, resaleable condition with all original packaging and tags attached; heat-molded boots are not eligible for return.
Initiate Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack your skates or accessories and attach the provided shipping label, then drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.
Refund Processing
Once our warehouse inspects and approves your return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
